微軟(Microsoft) 3/11在Youtube上貼了一段廣告影片，影片中營造Windows Phone的使用情境。主軸是「行動上網」與「雲端運算」，這兩個概念將許多生活情境做串連，諸如照片分享、資料備份、即時通訊、導航等。片中相關文案如下：

這一兩年一直在對老闆們教育「行動上網」與「雲端運算」的概念，試圖說服老闆們撥一些資源下來做相關開發，但始終推不動，可能是ODM的包袱，也可能是提案不夠吸引老闆。這支影片多少演繹了一部分的想法。
